Last weekend we had a great time skiing at Granite Peak Ski Area at Rib Mountain in Wausau, WI. It was Cassie and Tommy’s second time skiing. They did great during a five hour lesson! Their lesson gave Cari and I a nice time to ski together and explore the ski area, which we definitely recommend. The four of us were able to ski the bunny hill together at the end of the day. We can see definite improvement in the kids skiing ability (which should help our upcoming March ski trip to Michigan’s UP). Feel free to see many pictures of our trip at our Picasa site.
We also visited our good friends Josh and Mandy Wright (and their daughter Sylvia and cat Doc) on Sunday morning, prior to heading home in the snow.
